Workplace Health Needs Assessments

Public Health England (PHE), in collaboration with Healthy Working Futures, have developed a Workplace Health Needs Assessment to support employers to implement workplace wellbeing programmes which are tailored to their workforce.

The Workplace Health Needs Assessment is a simple survey which anonymously gathers data from employees. This data provides employers with baseline information of their workforce’s health needs and identifies key areas for improvement. 

Here at Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Mind, we offer a service which facilitates the collection and analysis of data, produces a report of the findings and supports you to develop a twelve month action plan of appropriate interventions to encourage and support healthy behavioural changes in staff and prevent the costs of sickness absence.
