Our values are at the heart of everything we do:

  • Recovery – We recognise that recovery is not a possibility for everybody, but we will always work in a way which promotes hope and purpose, and fulfils individual’s personal goals.

We value diversity and difference and pride ourselves on providing an inclusive, friendly and healthy environment to work in. We encourage applications for all our vacancies from all sections of the community, particularly people from marginalised groups and/or with lived experience of mental health issues.
