To deliver LLR Mind’s Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafes, organising relevant workshops and activities, and ensuring effective support is provided to people with mental health needs.

We’re looking for caring, reliable, and emotionally resilient individuals to join our bank staff team at our Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés. These safe, welcoming spaces offer support to people experiencing mental health distress — and you could be part of that vital work.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a listening ear and emotional support
- Help create a calm, non-judgmental environment
- Work alongside experienced staff and volunteers
- Be part of a community-led mental health initiative
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in mental health and wellbeing
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
