Sahar provides person-centred support as part of the CWS, giving people with non-complex mental health needs a safe spaces to recognise and understand their emotions and helping them to develop a plan for their wellbeing.

Finance and Administration Officer

Man Lan provides administrative and financial processing support to the organisation, acting as the first point of contact for external communications.

Rachel Nott

Operations Director

As Operations Director, Rachel leads the organisation and is responsible for the day-to-day running of LLR Mind, overseeing key areas such as income generation, marketing and communications, service development, people and culture, compliance, and the delivery of our strategic objectives.

Sally Tame

Marketing and Fundraising Officer

Sally leads on all our external communications, aiming to raise the profile and awareness of LLR Mind and support community fundraising activities.  

Good Mood Groups

Farhaana Huseinmiya

Community Programme Coordinator

Farhaana coordinates LLR Mind’s Good Mood Groups. In this role she helps to provide informal spaces where people can connect with others to share interests and skills and access wellbeing support.

Eileen Cusey

NMHC Senior Support Worker

Eileen has two roles at LLR Mind – NMHC Senior Support Worker and SSH Practitioner. In this role, she helps to deliver our Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafes, organising relevant workshops and activities, and ensuring effective support is provided to people who need it.

SSH Practitioner

Eileen has two roles at LLR Mind – NMHC Senior Support Worker and SSH Practitioner. In this role, she delivers the SSH programme, supporting adults who are starting to experience symptoms of worsening mental health to develop skills and techniques to understand, protect, and improve their mental health.
